VesselVio is available for download use in research as a stand-alone application. If you use the application for any work in your publications, please cite our publication.
The stand-alone VesselVio application is available for Windows 10/11 and MacOS 11.6+.

*Note! The shortcut link for the Windows application is currently broken. To run the application, go to Contents>VesselVio.exe and create a shortcut of that .exe file.
Please feel free to open an issue on GitHub if you run into issues.
If you’re using Windows, make sure to unzip the package before running. If the shortcut isn’t working, you can create a new shortcut by going to VesselVio>Contents>VesselVio.exe.
The software packages are unsigned at the moment. This means that depending on your system settings, you’ll likely have to approve the application for run. We will work to sign the application with authentication certificates in the near future.
If you’d rather run the application/single analyses from your IDE, you can find our source-code on GitHub. If you need help with python environment setup, follow our build instructions.
