The videos below were created using VesselVio’s built-in visualization page.
The first video above shows the vasculature found in a lymph node from a mouse. The vessels are first colored by their radius and then by their tortuosity.
The second video above shows how VesselVio can be used. Visualized is a tiny cube of vasculature from the cortex of a mouse.
Numerous network and segment features are calculated by VesselVio. These features are conveniently averaged and binned by segment size for ease of analysis.
